MacBook Black Friday deals are, without a doubt, one of the best ways to make a really decent saving on Apple's all-powerful laptop. The Apple 13.3" MacBook Air deal is now $849. While B&H has cut another $50 off its Apple MacBook Pro M1 13in deal, now $1,549.

In 2020 Apple surprised us all with MacBook Black Friday deals on its new M1 models of the MacBook Air and MacBook Pro, and if you're the latest versions featuring Apple's M1 Pro and Max chips then you may be in with a chance of a discount. Apple products are future proofed tech, so even older models are recommended, such as $600 off a 2019 16-inch MacBook Pro.

We'll be updating this page continually over the next few weeks to provide direct links to all of the best MacBook Black Friday deals. For now, scroll down to see the best current deals available ahead of the sale, and a list of retailers to keep an eye on.

When is MacBook Black Friday 2021?

It's just a few days away! Black Friday is the day after Thanksgiving in the US, and that means that Black Friday 2021 is on 26 November, while Cyber Monday is on 29 November. And while the deals are already happening and have been all month, we're expecting the best savings to happen around the Black Friday weekend.

We also expect the serious deals to be in short supply, so we'd recommend setting an alarm clock and being ready to jump on the big savings as soon as they appear. We'll be tracking the best deals here, so if you see the MacBook you want at a great price ahead of Black Friday, it may well be a good idea to snap it up now ahead of the crowd.

How to get the best MacBook Black Friday deals

All the signs are that there'll be some decent MacBook Black Friday deals this year, but because of global supply chain issues and stock shortages, expect the hottest deals to sell out fast. If you don't want to get caught out without a discount, you're going to need to be prepared. Work out precisely which MacBook you're after (including the amount of memory, SSD and other important details), and decide how much you want to pay. That way, the moment you spot something that suits your requirements, you'll be ready to move.

To make things easier, bookmark this page and check back regularly before and during the sale period. We'll be updating it continually with the best Black Friday MacBook deals as they go live.

Why MacBook should you go for? They're all brilliant machines. The MacBook Air is more slimline and ideal for working on the go, while the MacBook Pro is the best all-round work machine, capable of coping with just about anything you could throw at it. If you don't want to stretch to the latest models, you could also consider an earlier version (start checking the specs now) and pairing it with one of the best external hard drives and SSDs for extra storage.

Where to get the best MacBook Black Friday deals

The one place you won't get a MacBook Black Friday deal is at your local Apple store. Rather than discounting stock, Apple prefers to issue Black Friday gift cards when you buy, so you can come back at a later date and save on further purchases. So if you'd rather see actual cash money taken off the price of your new MacBook, you'll have to go elsewhere, and fortunately there are lots of retailers keen to see you right.

Plenty of stores in the US and UK have offered big MacBook Black Friday deals in the past and this year's going to be no exception; in the US there's Best Buy, Walmart, B&H Photo, Adorama and of course Amazon, while in the UK you'll find savings at Currys, John Lewis, Amazon and also at AO.com and Very. We'll be linking directly to all of the best offers that appear on this page to save you from having to check every retailer.
